Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, lead a team of PMs and drive on-budget completion for electrical construction endeavors. You will proactively pursue opportunities and manage client relationships to deliver exceptional results.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of PM experience, a strong grasp of electrical systems, and the ability to forecast project financials while mentoring others in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Proven mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives and performance standards per corporate policies.
• Supervise project managers and staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Train teams in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate change orders and monitor project logs.
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Manage project finances including billing and expenses.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
