Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Engineering Management.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in design and manufacturing of consumer products.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (national/international).

Responsibilities

• Lead DTV, Productivity, Platforming, and Sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities for POWER TOOLS products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations; measure ROI on VI savings and present updates to senior management.
• Deliver plans and enable execution of projects to reduce product cost and increase margins.
• Drive sourcing productivity projects by leading Engineering, Testing and Qualification efforts.
• Support product teardown events and ideation for future VI savings across the business.
