Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of go-to-market strategy deployment.
• Understanding of Power Tools and end-user applications.
• Ability to present data clearly across functions.
• Experience with Office Suite and PowerBI; SAP/BW is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Drive and develop new products and manage quality issues.
• Develop pricing, gross margins, collateral, and promotions; monthly line forecasts.
• Understand end-user needs to inform successful launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams; support customer meetings and line reviews.
• Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track product KPIs and manage the product line P&L.
