Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.
• Experience in new product development or program leadership.
• Familiarity with basic structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Ability to lead meetings, document minutes, and monitor key deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project P&L and key drivers affecting program health.
• Drive path to success in timely and cost effective manner.
• Apply technical knowledge to day-to-day decisions.
• Develop and maintain timing and action plans for moderate scope projects.
• Coordinate data acquisition to provide strategic direction.
• Identify problems, perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams on new product development and maintenance.
• Incorporate consumer and market insights into innovation and execution.
• Prepare project status and risks with recovery plans.
• Lead or support projects with higher risk, complexity and capital spend.
• Build cross-functional knowledge to manage risks and coordinate activities.
