Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex product development initiatives within the Tools & Outdoor team. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Engineering Product Development.
• 3+ years leading New Product Development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience in NPD within consumer and professional goods.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams including executive leadership.
• Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path).
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and scoping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project execution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor program P&L and capital spend.
• Prepare project status updates and risk communications to leadership.
• Ensure alignment between R&D and finance on budgets.
