Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Design to Value, to lead the DTV, Productivity, Platforming, and Sourcing initiatives within the POWER TOOLS division. You will partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities, measure ROI, and present updates to senior management.

The role emphasizes driving margin improvement and cross-functional collaboration, with national/international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management).
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Functional project management experience in design and manufacturing of consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTV, Productivity, Platforming, and Sourcing initiatives to identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing & Operations to execute ROI-driven VI savings.
• Present updates to senior management and drive margin improvement.
