Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Program Manager in Towson, MD for a hybrid role requiring onsite work 3 days a week. You’ll support Global Tools & Storage PMO with project planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to meet financial and schedule targets.

You will monitor P&L, participate in NPD and product maintenance, and collaborate to drive successful execution using basic manufacturing and production planning knowledge. This is a growth-focused role with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program management and leadership role.
• Familiarity with basic structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path).
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Possesses basic business financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project P&L and key drivers that affect overall program financial health.
• Understand program success and drive path to timely, cost-effective outcomes.
• Apply technical knowledge to day-to-day decision making.
• Develop and maintain timing and action plans for projects of moderate scope.
• Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
