You will develop product and market strategies to drive growth across metal and wood drilling lines, manage the product line P&L, and coordinate with product managers, brand marketing, engineering and customer service. You will guide the complete lifecycle, drive new product development, and prepare for line reviews and customer meetings while maintaining CTQ validations and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with consumer products or consumer research.
• Experience working with retailers or large customers is a plus.
• Cost management and financial modeling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present data clearly.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Develop market strategies to drive growth and profitability across the portfolio.
• Oversee annual marketing budget and product-line P&L.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and sales to launch products.
