Job summary
GCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Digital Marketing & Transformation in a remote-within-Germany arrangement. You will spearhead end-to-end delivery for enterprise digital marketing and CX initiatives across Germany and the wider EMEA region.
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scopes and budgets, and guide clients through transformation journeys with Adobe AEM/AEP and other DX platforms. Remote-first with travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within digital marketing, marketing automation, content management, or customer experience platforms.
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe technologies (AEM and/or AEP) or similar digital experience platforms.
- Fluent German and English (essential).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery through execution and go-live.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Guide enterprise customers on their digital transformation journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones.
- Drive quality delivery while supporting PMO best practices and continuous improvement.
