Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives from inception to successful delivery. You will drive delivery across large-scale programs, align client and internal teams, and promote engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong delivery management, solution architecture, and leadership skills, with extensive experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent advanced certification.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles.
• A minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 20 or more employees.
• At least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or participation across several projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle.
• Proven history of delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed environments.
• Strong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture.
• Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and above.

Requirements
