Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Digital Marketing & Transformation in a remote-within-Germany arrangement. You will spearhead end-to-end delivery for enterprise digital marketing and CX initiatives across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scopes and budgets, and guide clients through transformation journeys with Adobe AEM/AEP and other DX platforms. Remote-first with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within digital marketing, marketing automation, content management, or customer experience platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe technologies (AEM and/or AEP) or similar digital experience platforms.
• Fluent German and English (essential).

Senior Project Manager (Digital Marketing & Transformation)

Munich, Germany | Remote within Germany

Join a global leader in digital experience and marketing technology as a "Senior Project Manager", driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

In this role, you'll lead complex digital marketing and customer experience projects, working with cutting-edge marketing, content, commerce, and AI-driven solutions. You'll partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to deliver impactful projects that help organizations transform how they engage with customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end project delivery from discovery through execution and go-live
• Managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications
• Guiding enterprise customers on their digital transformation journey
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within digital marketing, marketing automation, content management, or customer experience platforms
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects
• Knowledge of Adobe technologies (AEM and/or AEP preferred) or similar digital experience platforms
• Fluent German and English (essential)

Additional Details

• Travel: Approximately 20-50% across the DACH region and EMEA when required
• Remote-first working model, with occasional client visits
