Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Schwab Advisor Services BCE to lead immersive digital modernization engagements and manage cross-functional workstreams.

You will drive hands-on project management, data analysis, and storytelling for large RIAs, coordinating with Technology, Operations, Cyber, and AI teams to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with RIA operations, technology, and large complex client firms.
• Strong data analysis, synthesis and storytelling to present exec-level insights.
• Excellent consultative skills, issue assessment, option analysis and win/win solutions.
• Content creation, writing, and facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead immersive Digital Modernization Consulting engagements from pre-engagement to implementation.
• Provide hands-on project management, data analysis, synthesis, and visualization support.
• Coordinate client onboarding, money movement, and account maintenance workstreams.
• Oversee API integrations and cross-team collaboration across Technology, Operations, Cyber, and AI.
• Develop scalable program content, guides, worksheets, and assets for advisors.
