Schwab Advisor Services BCE is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Operations and Technology Consulting Support to coordinate immersive digital modernization engagements for top RIAs. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, manage data analysis, and partner with technology, operations, cybersecurity, and AI consultants to deliver measurable client outcomes.

The role emphasizes onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, and API integrations, with a focus on reducing rework and friction

Qualifications

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams.
• Deep knowledge of RIA operations, service, and technology in large complex firms.
• Strong data analysis, synthesis, and visualization to tell compelling client stories.
• Solid consultative and writing/facilitation abilities.
• Proven experience building relationships and partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead immersive Digital Modernization Consulting Engagements for large RIA clients.
• Provide hands-on project management and data analysis from pre-engagement to implementation.
• Coordinate client onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, and API integrations.
• Organize and advance multiple workstreams and initiatives across Schwab teams and clients.
• Create, enhance, and manage program content and resources for scalable use.
