Job summary

Front, the customer operations platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead bets across our Developer Platform. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers, translating developer pain into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.

You’ll own API/AI connectivity strategy, partner with engineers to define primitives, and drive data-driven decisions while maintaining a high bar for quality in a hybrid SF office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of technical products or platform-style initiatives.
• Strong fluency with APIs, developer tooling, and system design concepts.
• Proven ability to drive ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition through execution and adoption.
• Strong prioritization and impact-focused mindset.
• Experience using data to guide decisions with instrumentation and usage metrics.
• AI fluency and ability to leverage AI to accelerate discovery and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Front's API, MCP, and AI connectivity strategy.
• Partner with engineering to define platform primitives (APIs, webhooks, SDKs, developer portal, tooling).
• Identify and solve the highest-leverage customer pain points through discovery, data, and feedback with developers.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage tradeoffs to maintain velocity.
• Define success metrics and build mechanisms to measure and iterate.
