Job summary

Glean, the Work AI platform, is seeking a PM on agent interop and partnerships to lead API and SDK strategy for developers among our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of developer needs, and a passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions while collaborating with premier B2B product companies for our partnership strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, developer experience, API, SDK, or partnership-driven products.
Deep technical background with understanding of API contracts, payloads, logs, telemetry, and tradeoffs with engineers.
Built or led APIs/SDKs that are robust, scalable, and easy for external developers to adopt.
Strong taste for developer interfaces, clear abstractions, and machine-readable errors.
Experience translating customer/partner needs into platform improvements and integrations.

Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of public APIs and SDKs, including versioning and deprecation policies.
Spec the developer experience end to end: auth, onboarding, first call, errors, rate limits, webhooks, edge cases.
Write code, build sample apps, run integrations, and test before customers do.
Review docs with a developer lens and fill gaps.
Analyze support tickets and forum patterns to fix design defects.
Define success metrics for developer adoption and integration success.
