Cushman & Wakefield in Kokomo, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Critical Environment and Mission Critical projects for clients. You will drive project delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.

The role partners with Americas GOS Platform & PDS Leadership to advance capabilities and will require collaboration with Markets, clients, and vendors to deliver high-value data center solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.
• 7 to 15+ years in design and construction related to data centers or mission critical environments.
• Knowledge of project management processes and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Critical Environment, Mission Critical, and infrastructure projects and programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance capabilities and deliver client solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and clients to ensure delivery success.
