Job summary

MGAC is seeking a senior project manager to lead data center and critical environment construction projects from Indianapolis, IN. The role requires 7+ years in construction project management and 5+ years in critical environments, with strong MEP leadership and client-focused decision making.

The position is onsite 4-5 days per week, offering a path for growth within a global boutique consultancy with a 30-year North American track record and a Top Workplace designation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) project management in ground-up construction preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
