Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services, to lead Critical Environment projects from our Kokomo, Indiana location. You will partner with Americas GOS Platform & PDS leadership to advance expertise and deliver complex data center solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with Market Leaders, Operations, and service line leaders to create business development plans, manage risk, and ensure quality delivery across multiple teams and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred; project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in design and construction for data centers, advanced technologies or mission critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Critical Environment, Mission Critical and Infrastructure projects and programs.
• Partner with Markets project teams and internal leadership to deliver services and pursue opportunities.
• Act as liaison among client, 3rd parties and Cushman & Wakefield to ensure successful delivery.
