Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Director to lead Critical Environment and Data Center projects within the Project & Development Services group. The role partners with Americas GOS Platform & PDS leadership to advance capabilities and deliver programs that meet client needs.

You will work across markets, liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 7–15+ years in design/construction in data center/mission critical environments.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred; disciplined PM process experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Critical Environment, Mission Critical, and Infrastructure projects for clients.
• Collaborate with PDS leadership and markets to advance capabilities and deliver projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, third parties, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
