Job summary

Caddell Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager for a Commercial Data Center/Mission Critical project in Columbus, OH. You will lead and mentor project managers and superintendents, review estimates, and coordinate on-site activities to ensure design, budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities include risk management, safety accountability, client relations, and interfacing with owners, A/E teams and subcontractors. A strong engineering or construction background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years experience as a project manager.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Experience with automation or manufacturing/production remodels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentors project managers and superintendents.
• Verifies project estimates against drawings and contract documents.
• Supervises on-site scheduling, engineering, material control and safety.
• Oversees subcontractors and Caddell craft employees for quality and productivity.
