Job summary

Qonto is seeking a senior Product Manager, Client Communication, to own the platform-level problems across CRM and communications. You will partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to deliver an orchestration layer that provides a unified, compliant view of customer communications across channels.

You will lead a new Core Experience team, shaping the initial roadmap and establishing scalable, event-driven architectures that connect Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience across platform-level problems.
• Hands-on with CRM/communication platforms and multi-tool ecosystems.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Regulatory, Marketing, Product and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Greenfield ownership: build a shared platform with event-driven orchestration and a unified communication log.
• Close critical regulatory gaps and unlock growth opportunities.
• Turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system adopted by teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
