Job summary

Outside Interactive, Inc. is seeking a CRM and communications platform expert to own the systems (HubSpot) and define governance, data quality, and integrations that power scalable messaging across a multi-brand ecosystem.

You will drive deliverability and analytics, partner with Engineering on data flows, and lead migration or consolidation efforts as needed. This role reports to cross-functional teams including Brand, Marketing, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in formal product management or ~10 years CRM/ESP + 2+ years PM.
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, SFMC or similar).
• Email deliverability expertise including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation, and unsubscribe management.
• Strong privacy knowledge (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA/CAN-SPAM) and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM/ESP platform architecture, data model, and governance standards.
• Define scalable messaging governance across brands: consent, opt-in, frequency, suppression, and domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering on data flows, integrations, and APIs for reliable communications.
• Monitor deliverability metrics, investigate anomalies, and protect sender reputation.
• Lead evaluation or migration efforts and document platform flows and processes.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to align product decisions.
