Job summary

Quo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the surfaces that make the platform trustworthy at scale—billing, accounts/identity, and telecom compliance. You will partner with engineering, finance, security, and legal to build robust systems where correctness and trust matter most.

You’ll translate pricing into system behavior, define roadmaps across three domains, and ship backend capabilities that drive revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including platform/backend experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous technical problems into shipped systems with crisp specs.
• Comfort working in high‑correctness domains and defending tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own our billing system, including metering, usage, invoicing, payments, and revenue data.
• Translate pricing and packaging into system behavior with business stakeholders.
• Own accounts and identity: lifecycle, authentication, SSO, roles and permissions.
• Own telecom compliance: 10DLC, messaging, fraud and delivery compliance considerations.
• Build roadmaps across domains and collaborate with engineering on system design and APIs.
