Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee execution, budgets, schedules, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships.

This role requires 8+ years in mechanical construction, experience supervising HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems, and a strong focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, or other mechanical systems.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and client relationships.

Pay Range

$130k-$150k per year
