  • Maintain responsibility for project budgets, forecasting, cost control, schedules, and profitability.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Manage procurement and ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to project schedules.
  • Identify potential project risks, conflicts, and schedule impacts and develop solutions proactively.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders.
  • Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership to maintain productivity and project execution.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, architects, vendors, and other trades.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate schedule, budget, and operational updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet company expectations for Safety, Quality, and Production.
  • Oversee project documentation, punch-list completion, commissioning coordination, and final closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Proven Project Management experience within commercial mechanical construction.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and field operations.
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Strong financial and project-cost management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent mechanical construction experience will also be considered.
Compensation

$140,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, developing strong client relationships, and driving projects successfully from planning through completion.
