You’ll manage piping, plumbing, sheet metal, or insulation scopes, with exposure to the full range of mechanical systems.
Projects are primarily civic, educational, corporate and housing HVAC systems, often in “plan and spec” public bid environments.

What You Bring

3+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical (HVAC) systems, or the drive to step up from an Assistant PM role.
Knowledge of construction methods and how mechanical systems come together.
Experience working for (or with) a mechanical contractor on commercial projects.
Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, costs, and schedules.
Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and procurement.
Comfortable with software such as Viewpoint, Bluebeam, MS Teams, Excel, and Office Suite.
A valid driver’s license.
Relationships with GCs or building owners? That’s a plus.
