Job summary

Stantec in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Site / Civil Engineering to lead design and delivery of community development projects. The role focuses on managing client relations, coordinating with sub-consultants, and directing civil engineering services across land development, roadways, hydrology, and related reports.

The position may be based in Coral Gables, Miami, West Palm Beach, or Deerfield Beach, FL, with responsibilities spanning planning, permitting, and project

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of civil/site or land development exp.
• Florida P.E. license is required.
• Office setting with potential field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of civil/site projects within community development.
• Pursue and win new clients and projects.
• Organize and lead project meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and sub-consultants; prepare scope and fee proposals.
• Oversee all civil design: layout, grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and erosion control.
• Prepare submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and agency approvals.
