Job summary

Stantec’s South Florida offices are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager - Site / Civil Engineering to lead the design and delivery of community development projects. The role spans Coral Gables, Miami, West Palm Beach, or Deerfield Beach, focusing on civil/site development and coordinating with clients and teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil/site development and holds a Florida P.E.

Qualifications

Fifteen+ years of civil/site or land development engineering and project management experience.
Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Strong background in private and public sector projects (office, retail, hospitality, commercial, residential, mixed-use).
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build trusted relationships with clients and regulatory boards.

Responsibilities

Pursuing and winning new clients and projects.
Organizing and leading project meetings and presentations.
Coordinating with clients and sub-consultants; preparing detailed scope/fee proposals.
Performing planning activities, assessing project feasibility, and guiding civil design including site layout, drainage, and utilities.
Preparing submission packages, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, and staff coordination.
