Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Coding to own the roadmap for coding data as a human data modality. You will define scope (code review, debugging, generation, reasoning) and surfaces, and partner with AI labs and internal teams to learn what customers need from data used to train models to write, debug, and reason about code.

You'll navigate high ambiguity, narrow scope where it matters, and ship a coherent product that scales.

Qualifications

• Software developer experience at a tech company; FAANG or equivalent preferred.
• Experience on a small, early-stage startup team handling ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the coding modality end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and scope.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering and design partners.
• Define success metrics and drive pilots, feedback, and iteration.
