Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Coding to own the roadmap for coding as a human data modality. You will define scope, surfaces, and success metrics while working with engineering, design, and operations to turn early signals into a repeatable offering.

You’ll navigate high ambiguity, align with customer and data signals, and ship a coherent product that scales within a cross-functional squad across the company’s US operations.

Qualifications

• Software development experience at a tech company; FAANG or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Startup experience in early-stage environment with ambiguity and shifting scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for coding as a human data modality and define scope and surfaces.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering and design; partner with other modality PMs.
• Define success metrics and drive pilots to scalable, repeatable patterns.
