Handshake, a leader in AI-enabled career networking, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Coding to own the roadmap for coding as a human data modality within our platform. You’ll define the right scope, surfaces, and roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to shape a scalable offering.

You’ll work closely with AI labs and internal stakeholders to turn early signals into a repeatable product, balancing ambiguity with clear execution and impact.

Qualifications

• Software developer with FAANG or equivalent experience.
• Experience in small, early-stage startups and navigating ambiguity.
• 5+ years in product roles, including collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own coding modality end-to-end, from vision to delivery.
• Define roadmap scope and surface for coding data.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering and design.
• Partner with internal teams to turn signals into repeatable offerings.
• Define success metrics and track outcomes.
