Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale the Coding portfolio, defining the strategy, roadmap, and operational excellence of coding data products, RL environments, and agentic task suites. You will work with AI Product Management, ML Researchers, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams to turn benchmark credibility into durable, revenue-generating offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product/program management or related roles.
• Strong software/ML technical depth and ability to read code.
• Experience with AI benchmarks and coding data products.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering, ML, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio.
• Extend SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas franchises and define next steps.
• Coordinate with AI-PM, ML, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams.
• Evaluate and prioritize new coding product proposals and ensure alignment with demand.
• Manage end-to-end coding product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
