Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale the Coding portfolio, defining strategy and roadmap across data products, RL environments, and evaluation suites. You will coordinate with AI PMs, ML researchers, engineering, operations, and GTM to convert benchmark credibility into a durable, revenue-generating product line for leading labs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with AI researchers, ML teams, developer tools, or human-in-the-loop data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio.
• Drive task design, environment infrastructure, and evaluation products.
• Collaborate across AI Product Management, ML Researchers, Engineering, and GTM.
• Partner with ML researchers and senior engineers on task specs and grader design.
