Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale the Coding portfolio. You will shape strategy, roadmap, and governance for coding data products, RL environments, and evaluation suites, working with AI researchers, engineers, and GTM teams to monetize benchmark credibility.

The role requires coordinating across functions, turning model capabilities into scalable data products, and driving adoption with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong technical depth in software engineering; ability to read code and reason about a codebase.
• Familiarity with how coding models are trained and evaluated, including benchmarks.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, operations and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio across SFT and data products.
• Extend SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas franchises and drive monetization through data products.
• Coordinate with AI-PM, ML, Engineering, Operations and GTM stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Define end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, scaling and sunset decisions.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and senior engineers on task specs, rubrics and quality bars.
