Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own and scale the Coding portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap, and governance for data products, RL environments, and agentic coding evaluations.

You will partner with AI Product Management, ML researchers, Engineering, Operations, and GTM to turn benchmark credibility into a durable, revenue-generating product line, managing end-to-end lifecycle and growing an expert contributor network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical depth in software engineering and ability to reason about a codebase.
• Familiarity with coding models, post-training methods, and benchmarking like SWE-Bench.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Coding portfolio across data, environments, and evaluation products.
• Extend SWE-Bench Pro and SWE Atlas franchises and convert benchmark authority into revenue.
• Drive alignment among AI-PM, ML, Engineering, Operations, and GTM stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, scaling, and sunset decisions.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and senior engineers on task specs, rubrics, and quality bars.
• Grow external partnerships and an expert contributor network across languages and frameworks.
• Track adoption, model impact signals, and guide resource allocation.
