Job summary

Custom Software Systems Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead one or more agile teams delivering cloud-based platforms for economic research. You will gather diverse user requirements, define prioritised roadmaps, and own the end-to-end product strategy from inception to delivery.

You will partner with researchers, security, data, and cloud engineering to ensure scalable, governed solutions and effective stakeholder communication at all levels, including executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in product management or related fields.
• 6+ years in product management with cloud infra experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 3+ years cross-functional leadership across engineering, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery teams to build new products and iterate on existing ones.
• Define and manage product roadmaps from inception through delivery.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate requirements into specs and priorities.
• Own end-to-end product strategy for a cloud-based platform for economic research.
• Lead discovery, user research, and journey mapping to inform design.
• Communicate vision and progress to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
