Job summary

Custom Software Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of digital products. You will manage multi-disciplinary agile teams, gather diverse user requirements, and shape roadmaps and success metrics for our cloud-based research platform.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineering teams to ensure data governance, security, and scalable solutions while communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of professional experience in product/portfolio roles.
• At least six (6) years in product management, engineering, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery teams to build new products and iterations to meet user needs.
• Define roadmaps, KPIs, and user experiences for cloud-based platforms.
• Partner with researchers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
