Job summary
PLP Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, launch, and grow cloud Quality Management System software solutions for manufacturing, medical devices, and pharma. You will own the product vision, work with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption in a remote, USA-based setting.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software product management, strong SCRUM experience, and a track record of translating business needs into practical software requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software product management.
- 5+ years SCRUM experience.
- Experience collaborating with Designers, Engineers, QC, and Product Managers.
- Experience preparing BRDs and translating requirements into working software.
- Ability to manage epics, user stories, defects in Jira.
- CSPO/PO certification or SAFe POPM preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce/EQMS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Be the product evangelist for assigned modules and features.
- Hands-on design, prototyping, configuration to validate solutions.
- Communicate requirements to engineering and QA with clarity.
- Develop roadmaps, set vision, and own feature adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for success.
- Stay current with CQ, Salesforce, and CQ-QMS developments.
- Follow SDLC and SCRUM, maintain training in CQ.
