• Significant experience as a product manager in multi-tenant SaaS or platform products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for tenant-scale initiatives, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health.
• Partner with engineering, design, and support teams to ship scalable product capabilities.
• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to identify scaling opportunities and pain points.
• Develop clear written narratives, PRDs, and success metrics for cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders across the organization.
