Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a senior Project Manager to drive on-premises and client-facing software implementation projects in a hybrid Beverly Hills, CA office. You’ll coordinate multiple teams, build plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll apply standard project methodologies, focus on reusable processes, and learn clients’ business models to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project or program management delivering complex software implementations.
• Proven ability to generate exceptional client experiences on large-scale projects.
• Ability to lead with minimal guidance and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Ownership of escalations and prioritization with delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to customer service and delivering great outcomes.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing deadlines.
• Knowledge of cinema operations or Vista software is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and manage the full project life cycle.
• Build Statements of Work, manage risks, track change control, and coordinate with teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects within contracts and resources.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, set realistic expectations.
• Create detailed project plans and status reports outlining ownership and timelines.
• Prioritize requests and provide concise direction to delivery teams.
• Monitor time spent and report KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Learn clients’ business models, operations, and industry processes.
