Vista Group is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex on-prem and cloud software implementations with client-facing responsibilities. The role blends home and office work with a weekly two-day in-office requirement in Burbank, CA.

You will drive project life cycles, manage risks, build schedules, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget, while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project/program management for complex on-prem or cloud software.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences on large projects.
• Demonstrates leadership with minimal guidance and clear escalations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experienced with Wrike and Smartsheet workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders and manage full project life cycle.
• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects within contracts and resources.
• Build client relationships and set realistic expectations for objectives.
• Create detailed project plans and status reports with clear ownership.
• Prioritize requests and direct delivery teams to on-time completion.
• Track time, KPIs, budgets, and rework rates across projects.
