Job summary

American Vanguard is seeking a PMO Manager to drive a portfolio of strategic projects, oversee interdependencies, risk management, and governance across the organization. This onsite role in Irvine requires strong communication and leadership to align executive messaging and drive value realization.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement PMO standards while collaborating with Finance, HR, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in complex program management with risk mitigation and governance

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, timing, dependencies, issues, and risks across programs
• Aggregate end-to-end reporting for Board and leadership
• Deliver monthly dashboards and KPIs
• Manage program budget tracking and forecast variances
• Establish and improve PMO standards, templates, and governance
