Job summary

TriluxTech seeks an organized, proactive Project Manager to independently manage medium-to-large initiatives and drive results across cross-functional teams at onsite locations in San Diego, CA or Irvine, CA. The role requires ownership, leadership influence, problem-solving ability, and concise business updates.

Ideal candidates will have 4–7 years of PM experience, knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, and proficiency with JIRA, Asana, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects.

We are seeking organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Managers who can independently manage medium-to-large initiatives and drive results across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, leadership influence, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. They are capable of identifying risks early, driving accountability, maintaining project control, and providing concise, business-focused updates. We are not looking for project administrators or meeting coordinators—we need Project Managers who take initiative, drive execution, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver results.

Requirements
