Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager for its IR&D team focusing on Helix, our agentic AI orchestrator. This fully remote role reports to an Internal Research and Development unit and requires TS clearance readiness, with occasional travel to interface with customers.

You will lead market research, backlog development, and a cross-disciplinary effort with engineers, data scientists, and capture to shape product direction and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience building intuitive user experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with data scientists to integrate AI into the pipeline, with LangChain and related tools as differentiators.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator with customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and test ideas to build backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to build agentic AI functionality.
• Write clear, bounded user stories delivering value each sprint.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line.
• Collaborate with other PMs to create value across product lines.
• Promote a user-centered culture and drive related changes.
• Be flexible to jump in where needed.
