Job summary

ZoomInfo in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Agentic Tools Platform and drive the roadmap for tool integrations powering our multi-agent orchestration system across Copilot, GTM Studio, MarketingOS, and beyond. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or integration products.
• Direct experience with production agentic systems—shipped products where LLMs invoke tools, not just generate text.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) and emerging standards (MCP, function calling patterns).
• Track record building platform products where engineering teams are customers.
• Experience with integration architecture—APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, rate limiting, error handling at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic Tools Platform: Define, build, and evolve the tool ecosystem powering ZoomInfo's multi-agent orchestration system; govern capabilities, tool standards, and deployment governance.
• Architect Integration Strategy: Define roadmap connecting MCP servers, API connections, and partner ecosystems; determine high-value integrations and create composable abstractions.
• Drive Agentic Execution Excellence: Collaborate with ML engineers on tool selection, prompt engineering, error handling, and feedback loops to improve production signals.
• Enable Internal Tool Development: Build developer experience—documentation, templates, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines for teams to ship new tools quickly.
• Navigate the Agentic Frontier: Evaluate innovation, tool-use benchmarks, and new patterns; balance immediate adoption with long-term architectural health.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Align ML, platform, and product teams; establish prioritization to balance reliability and capability expansion.
