Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Sr Product Manager for the Agentic AI Team to drive the definition, delivery, and evolution of agentic AI capabilities, starting with Ops. You’ll partner with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering to translate business problems into well-scoped workflows and phased roadmaps.

You’ll lead backlog management, write PRDs, and shepherd use cases through reviews, ensuring trust, adoption, and revenue impact while growing the team’s autonomy in a responsible، phased

• Own backlog and write clear PRDs.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on scoping.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day backlog management for Agentic AI team with prioritization.
• Drive PRD process end-to-end with AI engineers and data scientists.
• Translate business needs into well-scoped problems and requirements.
• Lead phase-gate decisions for workflow autonomy progression.
• Track adoption, trust, and revenue impact of shipped workflows.
• Collaborate on data access and model choices with Data teams.
• Balance business priorities with technical feasibility and responsible autonomy.
• Document and refine backlog with acceptance criteria and metrics.
• Help establish planning cadence and discovery templates.
• Participate in phase-gate reviews for trust/accuracy thresholds.
• Maintain PRD templates and prioritization frameworks.
