Job summary

6sense is seeking a Product Lead to own our AI OS and orchestrate a high-performing PM pod. You will lead hands-on architecture, drive secure and intelligent agentic experiences, and define how teams integrate AI capabilities at scale.

You will also shape the evaluation and trust frameworks, mentor senior PMs, and partner with leadership to translate AI strategy into operating reality across the platform.

• Lead and scale a high-performing PM pod, hiring and coaching PMs.
• Own the AI orchestration layer and its runtime performance.

• Define evaluation, trust, and security standards for AI outputs.
• Drive the foundational model strategy, routing, cost optimization, and infra management.
• Partner with leadership to translate AI strategy into operating reality.
