Job summary

Striveworks in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Infrastructure & Agentic to shape vision, strategy, and roadmap for its enterprise AI platform. You’ll work with software engineers, data scientists, and sales to deliver complex AI software that scales across customers.

Qualifications

• A degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, or similar).
• 6+ years of product management or closely related experience building complex, technical software products, preferably for enterprise or government customers
• Strong technical fluency in AI and machine learning (ML) systems, with the ability to work effectively with software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure teams
• Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: LLM gateways, model routing, inference infrastructure, or model serving
• Hands-on experience with AI observability, model monitoring, model test and evaluation, or responsible AI practices
• Experience defining and using product metrics, platform KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to guide decisions

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise, and schedule requirements with customers and engineers to write clear product roadmaps.
• Clear the pathway for execution by participating in standups and planning sessions.
• Perform product acceptance testing to confirm features meet requirements.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and communications on new features.
• Support go-to-market by partnering with marketing to position capabilities and create collateral.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform the roadmap and decisions.
