Qualifikationen

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience managing large electrical projects.
• Experience with different contractual models.
• Knowledge of BESS delivery and industry standards (IEEE 1547/2800, NEC, NFPA 855, UL 9540/9540A).
• Willingness to travel 25%+ domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage project execution plans, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Own project financial performance including budgets and cash flow.
• Lead risk and opportunity management for project outcomes.
• Manage scope changes, claims, and contract approvals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on procurement strategies and awards.
• Serve as primary customer contact and provide project reporting.
• Coordinate quality activities and support audits.
• Develop and enforce safety plans in collaboration with EHS.
