Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for our financial services client. You will oversee regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects, with up to 25–30% travel in Eastern or Central time zones.

The role drives planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout across multiple real estate initiatives. This remote role requires strong leadership, client interaction, and problem-solving skills to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Coordinate renovation activities within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct complex RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; keep all functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
